Vivo has confirmed that its new Vivo V70 series is going to be launched in India very soon. The company has also made a dedicated microsite live for this series, making it clear that the launch is not far away. This time Vivo is targeting the premium mid-range segment, where there is already tough competition.
The Vivo series V70 will include two smartphones – Vivo series V70 and Vivo V70 Elite. Both the phones are said to be strong in terms of features and have been made keeping in mind those users who want performance along with style.
Will be sold on Flipkart
The microsite of Vivo series V70 has gone live on Flipkart. That means, after launch, both these phones can be purchased online through Flipkart. At present Vivo has not revealed the launch date, but it is expected that the company will give complete information about it in the coming weeks.

Snapdragon processor and ZEISS camera
Vivo has also confirmed that both the V70 series phones will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. Vivo series V70 will have Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, while the more powerful Vivo V70 Elite will have Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor.
Talking about the camera, both the smartphones will have ZEISS branded camera system, which has become the identity of Vivo’s premium phones.
Display and camera features
According to leaks, both Vivo V70 and V70 Elite can have a 6.59 inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, which will have a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The camera setup may also be almost the same – triple camera at the back, which is expected to include a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 50MP telephoto camera (with 3x optical zoom).

Battery and other features
Vivo V70 can be provided with a large battery of 6,500mAh, which will support 55W fast charging. Besides, it is also expected to get IP68 rating, due to which the phone will be safe from water and dust. Complete information regarding the battery and charging of Vivo V70 Elite has not been revealed yet.
Talking about the price, according to reports, the price of Vivo V70 series in India can be less than Rs 55,000. Overall, Vivo V70 series can be a good option for those who want premium look, strong performance and good camera in one phone.
